When David Carr went out with his back injury, Jake Delhomme was seen throwing on the sidelines. While he didn't come into the game, is this not a very good sign that Jake could be back soon?

It's a good sign. The dr's told Jake not to throw on his arm for 14 days. He was giving it a try on the sidelines, and he is going to try his arm out this week at practice.

They have a bye in week 7 so I would guess that he sits again next week to give that arm more rest and come back ready to go in week 8. They are 3-2 and I think they would be content being 3-3 going into the bye and having a healthy Delhomme Week 8 on. Just my opinion.
