Demarrio Williams not starting? (1 Viewer)

Why isn't Demarrio Williams starting? I saw him play on a couple of nickel plays with the first team. I also saw Ed Hartwell play on at least one nickel play. Brookings was the other LB on all nickel plays.

The starters were:

Hartwell

Brookings

Boley

Boley is a good LB. I remember him at Southern Miss and he was 2nd string last season as a rookie. Is he going to take D. Williams spot? Who will play nickel?

check the other threads, there's some good info on D.Williamshe was a stat monster. he was put in a situation where his weaknesses actually helped his fantasy value, but he will not be starting, and will be a situational player at best depending on injury situations of course. def. coordinators actually view him as a liability as an every down player.to sum up, should have traded him months ago when his value was huge.

I trade his overhyped ### for some great rookie picks. Another owner offered me this. All I had to do is agree to the trade.

#1 & #2 this past rookie draft and another #2 next year. I think the other owner thought he was getting a top 10 LBer.

Got Jay Cutler QB Denver with the 1st and DeMeco Ryans LB Texans with the 2nd. The #2 next year should be pretty good since his team only has 2 starting LBers right now on his roster.

Some guys never do their homework.

In league 25 you traded Demorrio for :2.10 = Jason Allen4.10 = Frostee Rucker5-2008In league 747 you traded Demorrio Williams and Bradie James for a 1-2008 and a 3-2008 to me. Basically a late first and third rounder.There is still a good chance Demorrio wins his spot back, Edgerton Hartwell looks terrible in my opinion.
