He's been pretty terrible all year. WR27 is actually generous. This guys is averaging about 2 to 3 catches per game and if you're really lucky, he'll showboat the other team and get a 50 yard gain taken away for being the total idiot he is.

Odds are both of the teams you mention (chiefs/buccs) will be down early and throwing a LOT more than the eagles. Prolly why they are higher.a lot more goes into projections than just the talent level of the WR.
Exactly.The guy is hard to slot. He could be great, he could be a dud. I wouldn't blame anyone for starting or benching him, it's sort of a roll of the dice. Being dependent on what ranking FBG rates him is pretty silly though.
