Detroit at New England (1 Viewer)

So if Prater hits that 53 yard field goal earlier, I'm still in my horrible matchup today. By the way, I'm thrilled Jim Caldwell has kept kicking the ball today. Nice stuff.

/nobody cares, I know

Back to back weeks New England will have smoked the number one offense and number one defense in the league.

They're so damn balanced it's hard for any team to match up with them right now.

Early season adjustment phase seems like it was an eternity ago.

They are playing the best of anyone at the moment. GB and Denver could pass them.

I believe next week we'll be playing our 5th division leader

 put that in the bold predictions thread

Was about to defend Stafford (there's been 100+ yards and 3 TDs worth of drops) but after that slide he should be benched, if not waived.

4th. Everyone had Green Bay leading the NFC North anyway.
I believe detroit was the leader this week

funny how many people were talking about the best defense playing this week and thought it was detroit's rather than the pats

I thought it was Indy's, if we're basing it on this week's games and all.

Wait, if there was no public money in building the stadium, then why court Hartford for land?

Sounds like a deal against the public in there somewhere. <_<

There were a lot of infrastructure costs that the town of Foxborough needed to kick in, particularly for all of the parking lots along Route 1. The state wasn't originally willing to do anything until the Hartford deal was a possibility.

Seriously? What the hell happened to Stafford? He's been more of a detriment than any kind of help this year. UGH!

Gotcha. So no public money is a load of it.

Regarding Blount, I guess if you show up for work and fake like you're following the rules, you're a purveyor of the Patriot Way.

A lot of drops, the league's worst O-line, some bad throws, and the dumbest slide in NFL history.

The Lions offense is just all-around terrible right now.

Most stadiums have direct public financing of the stadium construction costs. All stadiums have some sort of infrastructure enhancements.

Saw on the ticker that Lafell was injured. How bad?
Just happened, made a diving catch landed hard - don't think he was hit.

He rolled around for a sec then got up and walked off, looked fine. Doubt it was anything serious - or he broke his collarbone, one or the other.

I read somewhere that Revis would be on Tate. Looking at the stats and the abysmal performance by Johnson so far, I would guess that prediction was wrong?
No it's been mostly Browner with safety help on Calvin.
For 2015 Megatron drops down to a WR2 for me
He is matchup based the rest of this year.
 I wish you were on my league.
5 of the last 6 games where he played he has put up WR 2/3 stats. Overvalue the name if you like but the writing is on the wall. He is slipping.

Wtf does this even mean?
It means your team signs dirty-### guys and fakes like it's some sort of charitable, benevolent organization.

That, as you know, is horse####. This guy is dirty and plays his way out of everywhere.

It's like an organization of PTA soccer moms that all get together and gang bang each other behind their husbands' backs. It reeks of PR bull####.

The Patriot Way loves Aaron Hernandez and JumboTron celebrations of their charity work.
