As many of you know that devy leagues do deplete rookie drafts and here is my very generic ranking, taking into account that some of these players are already on rosters, after being taken in a previous devy draft.  For example, I'm in 3 Devy leagues and Ruggs is only on 1 roster, so many of you might say why list him because he should already be on a roster from a previous devy draft.  This ranking is based on devy drafts and rookie drafts being separate, thus depleting rookie drafts.  Past Devy Drafts = 1 round only.    This ranking is A 2 ROUND rookie ranking based on a 14 team ppr devy league.
