The other thing you have to remember is that the Buffalo official scorer is extremely generous with his tackles and assists and this game was on the road. So it's possible his numbers would have looked a little different if the game had been in Buffalo.
But Aaron is right, the Bills dominated that game from start to finish so much that not only did the Chiefs not have the ball a whole lot which meant fewer plays in general, but the Bills quickly went to a very vanilla base defense with a 3 or 4 man rush and let the LBs and Safeties clean up on a lot of the runs.
