Use the window frames to "frame" the scene and remove the people.. I think it will give it more "Pop"

great idea...although I liked the silhouetted people in front.Those are raw images. No photoshopping yet at all.

I used a lot of filters on camera to bring out the color: 3 ND grad, B&W Polarizer and a strong skylight filter. I had to crop out the vignetting because I used so many filters- lol. I also as shot low as I could. Color is more vibrant the closer you get to the water.
