Distant Scoring Question (1 Viewer)

I am in a 14 man league that has distant scoring. Tds are worth 6 9 and 12 points for all postions. With the #7 pick is it to much of a risk to take Manning who is a monster in this scoring and miss out on some rbs or should I take a RB with that pick such as Rudi or Brown to ensure my rbs wont be weak. I am not asking which RB to take I am wondering on philosophy. Because of the distant scoring is Manning worth alot more in this type of league?

Feasible at #1, a slam dunk at #4. Need to run some calcs to see about #7.
