#2 Pick in One-Player Keeper League. Help! (1 Viewer)

Ok, time to get serious. My draft is tomorrow night. I have the #2 pick in a twelve team, one player (PPR) keeper league. I'm keeping Breece Hall. Available to me at the two spot will be Barkley, J.Taylor, and Etienne, as well as Ja'Marr Chase, AJ Brown, and Puka (unless the guy picking first does something stupid and CMC falls to me). We must start 2 RBs and 3 WRs (no flex), and it's a distance bonus scoring league...the longer the TD, the more it's worth. Since I already have a stud RB as a keeper, I'm leaning WR with my first pick, probably Chase. Thoughts? Thanks

Take Chase and stop overthinking this. It's a keeper league. You want the best player. That's easily Chase.

yeah, he could miss a game, and yeah that would suck. But it won't when you're keeping him for next year. I easily pull the trigger on Chase and lose zero sleep about it over that list.

Chase of the names I saw to pair with Hall, that's a combo almost nobody can put together in redraft.
Barkley and AJB are enticing from Philly, I would stick with those guys but I know many would jump on JT to pair with Hall

I like the RB-WR combo, gives you Flexibility in Rounds 2 and 3

I like Chase but I think people are underselling AJ a little bit. In Kellen Moore's offense he could be poised for a career year.

Chase. The only name on the list I could possibly see worth keeping over Hall in 2025.
