DJ williams or mays (1 Viewer)

So I am in a keeper league and have mayo,Ryans,Bradley,Poz,and Mcclain. I was looking to draft 1 more linebacker we start 4 but I didnt know if mays or williams will be in the middle with there new 4-3 scheme anybody have any ideas.

This one Look, if it's this year, DJ regardless of what happens. He will be the 3 down never leave the field WLB (where he has thrived in the past) and Mays will be squaring off against Irving for a best case scenario 2 down MLB spot. The two 3 down LB's are going to be DJ and Miller. DJ for his experienced coverage skills, Miller for the pass rush. It looks like a good thing on paper. I don't want to mess around with another Jonathan Goff from last year, and Denver's MLB spot is headed into that territory. Now, you ask me what happens 2 years from now. I tell you that Irving will become a beast in that defense. Not Mays. Not sure what to think about Miller. Aaron Curry clone I suppose. Get DJ this year if you can.

Yet so do Von Miller and Rahim Moore. I think Irving is not the turnkey player people thought.

I really think the hold out killed Irving's chance to be inserted as a 3 down back this year!! Its Mays job to keep this year and I have a feeling he will do just that as long as the Broncos don't go 1-7 in the first half of the season. My only concern for Mays this year is will play 3 downs!!!
