DNC bars Fox news from 2020 Debates (1 Viewer)

They should just get rid of the debates anyway. Just a bunch of gasbags trying to play gotcha with quick sound bites. Nobody tells the truth. Nobody says what they actually believe. Nobody actually debates. They're a waste of time. If you can't effectively communicate your message out today without a debate, tough luck.
This is pretty much my view as well.  I'm baffled as to why people place so much weight on these things.

It's weird that this column makes no mention of the fact that Falzone is currently subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement which renders her unable to respond to the column and that she has asked Murdoch and Fox News to lift the NDA but so far they have refused.

Just a forgetful oversight, I'm sure. LaCorte will probably be updating his column to acknowledge the NDA any minute, and I'm sure an agreement to lift the NDA will soon follow since Fox News has nothing to hide on this story.

Fox also had the scoop on Stormy Daniels and the payoff before the election and Aisles told them they wanted Trump to win and to bury the story.  And they think they're going to be asked to host a Democratic primary debate?

Ummm, that article proves that Fox had the story two weeks before the election and chose not to run it. Just like I said. If the exact same story came out about Hillary, it would have been the only story they talked about for 24 hours a day.
It refutes just about everything you said

- no info on payoffs

- no Ailes

- no indication of improper considerations

moreover the story had been shopped to other outlets, and other outlets declined as well.

fake news gotta fake...

Ohhh, I see.  It wasn't Ailes that buried the story, but it was still Fox News.  HUUUUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE difference.

Imagine reading the Mayer article and then seeing the stuff about Pirro and Tucker Carlson just in the last week and still pretending not to understand why the Dems decided against voluntarily boosting the profile and finances of Fox News by giving them a debate.
