Does anyone realize we are getting 6 hours of MNF tonight?! (1 Viewer)

Awesome. I wish they would do more double headers on Monday Night...anything to see more live games in their entirety. In fact they should play maybe 2-3 games at 10:00 AM on Sunday in the EST...OK 11:00 like the Outback Bowl kickoff time...then we have the 2:30 games...again no more then 3 at a time...then we can have another set of games at 5:45 EST/2:45 PST...them we get a double header for Sunday Night...and a double header Monday Night...

15 games a week roughly...3 hours a piece...there has got to be a better way to jam in more program time so you don't have to keep flipping around and can watch 1 game at a time in its entirety.

I know I'm weird.

I hadn't thought much about tonight until I started thinking about what time I was going to start drinking in order to be at least slightly buzzed for the first kickoff. It's gonna be a fun night! :banned:

Strangely enough, I had no idea the game times were 7 and 10:15. This IS good news!! I thought they overlapped each other and didn't begin until 8 for one and 9 for the other.

I love football as much as the next guy, but Tuesday mornings are going to be rough for those on the East Coast...it was already tough enough with the game starting at 9 pm. I would love a Saturday night game since you don't have to go to work the next day as a rule.

Start pouring the coffee now!

No different then when the Lakers play a late game on TNT. We don't get to watch very many East Coast B-Ball or baseball games so think it's good for you all to feel how we do when we are stuck at work...leaving in 5 minutes so i can make it home in time for kickoff.

Amen, brother. Coffee was made for times like this. Lets get it on!

I LOVE that idea too, but college football already has Sat. night. The NFL does not want to compete with College football. Not that they wouldn't have better ratings (I think they would) but the ratings would be lower than they would without competing against college football.

Totally different. The NBA sucks and I would never stay up late to watch it.

OK, do you think its fun to wake up at 7:00AM in time for College Football on Saturdays? have to in order to see Corso and crew...games dont really start till 9:00AM I guess...but its hard with a hangover form the night before to sit there and watch HD and try and evaluate my dynasty prospects. It's a hard life...HHHAAAAARRRRRRRDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!

If you're trying to educate yourself w/re to dynasty prospects, you're better off setting the alarm for 8:59. Corso is an IDIOT.

Sucks living on the East coast.....way too late, some of us have jobs, oh well.
I agree. All three of my games are so close that it comes down to tonight. Key players R. Moss and Jordan. Gotta decide whether to try to get by on 4 hrs sleep or go to bed and find out in the morning. :wall: Willie

Yep. Drive for a lttle over an hour and start work at 7 am. Still trying to decide if I can function on 4 hrs sleep. I'm an old guy - LOL. I know if I go to bed I will just lay there wondering what is going on in the game.Willie
