I think it's safe to say that you can drop Collie from all rosters at this point. Another game where he recorded just two catches for 16 yards offically puts him on the biggest busts of 2011 list.

His value is directly tied to Manning, even more so than the other Colts skill players. I drafted him but dropped him as soon as I learned of Manning's season-ending surgery.

I saw that, too. Great catch. Definitely file him under "talent trumped by situation". I've been holding, but I am slowly coming to the conclusion that it pretty close to time to drop. I'll probably give Painter one more game. He has targeted Collie with 9 of his 41 pass attempts. FWIW, he's targeted Wayne 9 times, Clark 5 times, and Garcon 13 times.I'm not sure 9/41 is enough when you are only completing 44%.

He was always just a guy taking advantage of holes on the D created by the talented players around him in a Manning led offense. Virtually no ability to create something on his own.
