Until this year i never really cared who was covering my guy too much. But now even studs are being stressful to play if Revis or Nmadi are taking them.
Has Bailey allowed good receiving games to guys he covers in last few years?
Not close. One game against a meh WR and a meh QB. The Broncos play the rest of the AFC South this season. If you even dream of benching Wayne or AJ, you're nuts.
Bailey is (was?) an excellent cover guy - but not to the extent that Revis is. IMHO, it's like trying to decide whether or not to run the ball against one of the better defenses in the league or against the 2000 Ravens. In one case the answer is "Well, you still have to try - they'll have some bad games." In the other case it's simply "#### no."
I don't see a lot of Broncos games, but Rex Ryan said that only Revis plays every play against a particular receiver. Asomugha and Bailey cover a side and take whoever lines up in front of them.
I didn't think twice about sitting MSW against Champ. And glad I did. 0 catches. That's what Champ does to #1 WR's. I wouldn't have a problem sitting any of my #1 WR's against the likes of Bailey, Revis, Woodson, and/or Namdi. Obviously if I didn't have any other options you go with your studs, but if you have better matchups I'd seriously consider them.

That's what Champ does to the likes of MSW, not legit #1s. And Woodson? Unless your #1s are marginal guys, I don't see how you can bench them. Especially since so many of the #1 WRs have elite QBs - Wayne, Moss, AJ, Colston, etc. Start all those guys with confidence!
In Bailey's heyday circa 5-6 years ago, yes. Not now.
The truth is that there are VERY few corners who teams throw away from. They're far more likely to target a poor CB, but that has nothing to do with who's playing opposite of him. Revis is such a guy, but there just aren't many others.

Revis was one of the most targeted CBs in the entire NFL last year. The only CBs in recent seasons that QBs have thrown away from with any consistency are Nnamdi and Champ, although in Champ's case, it was back in 2008 and not as relevant in 2010.

FWIW, when the Broncos were in dime on Sunday, Champ was playing in the slot. He's moving around this season; all bets are off as to where he will be lining up.
