**Dolphins at Jets**(-1, 39) 4:25 (1 Viewer)

I am not sure why, maybe it’s that I enjoy watching the Bengals, but despite my Aaron Rodgers aversion, I really desire for the J-E-T-S to win today. The Bengals would be more interesting to me than the Dolphins or the Broncos.

How about the Jets have two special team TDs and win.

JETS 17, Fish 7.

Dolphins with a teeny weeny chance to make the playoffs
Diva Aaron with a teeny weeny chance to be The Jets qb next year
Diva shows the fans what they thought they had...

J-E-T-S- 27
Fins- 12

If this is it for Rodgers, it ends not with a bang, but a whimper. I think he gets his 500th TD (I'll guess to Garrett Wilson) but does little else, as Miami shocks the world and claims the last playoff spot.

I think Huntley continues what he did last week, which is pepper Tyreek Hill (a novel concept this season) and despite how its gone for much of this season, I think Achane breaks a long TD this week, to actually have a good week without Tua.

Dolphins-21
Jets-14

Would the Jets make a play for JJ McCarthy? No way can they bring ARod back. They have far too much talent for this.

I’m so glad the Broncos are winning because these Dolphins would literally be the worst playoff team I’ve ever seen

Though now maybe they’re going to lose, which would have put the scary Bengals in the playoffs if the Chiefs weren’t tanking to make sure they stay out

1-5 against teams with a winning record this year and working on an embarrassing loss. Will McDaniel be the second AFC East coach fired this week?

I find that kinda laughable….they have the #1 seed wrapped up.

I honestly don’t think I have seen a worse play caller and as fraudulent of an offensive scheme than McDaniel.

This team has been utter garbage since mid November of 2023. His scheme was figured out badly.

And Tua….bwahahahahaha 1complete season in 5……BUST.

If Garrett Wilson walked off AB style I’d not blame him one bit
Was just talking to my brother and son about this. Aaron is intentionally messing with him.
If I was Wilson I’d tell them I’m done. For real. Would not damage his rep walking out like AB but I’d tell them I’m done today.
GW is 1 catch away from 100. AR could careless. It’s all about DA and Lazard. What a disaster for GW and Jets.

Wilson has 97 catches on the year and three today. By my count, that gives him one hundred on the year. What exactly is everybody up in arms about?

And Adams, although I roster him in dynasty, was written off way too quickly. This guy was WR14 PPR (including tackles, so it might not be perfect) even missing three games—and he was WR11 in PPG. Good stuff.

I'm not up in arms over anything. I'd bet my life Wilson is and should be.

You can cite season stats all you want but seems obvious to me Rodgers has been going out of his way to target Adams despite it not being overly efficient, go away from Wilson and this disparity only got a lot wider when Wilson had his sideline outburst a few weeks ago.

We can agree to disagree, no problem. But as for Wilson I'll keep contending he could not unhappier and one thing I'd encourage people to notice is that over the last few weeks at I never even see him come over to congratulate Adams after he scores a TD. You never even see him in the screenshot. This is why he was waxing poetic about the Mike LaFluer era. He's fed up with it.

Written off because of the Raiders situation. It'll be interesting to see where he goes in redrafts in '25.

Meh. Great for fantasy but real life nothing special. Just a load of volume.

I don't know anyone who quite wrote him off, just some people, myself included, who said he was no longer elite. I veiw him as basically a good #2 possession receiver.

I anticipate the Jets will end up releasing him.

LOL come on man……fed up with 100 receptions, 1100 yards and 7 td’s on a losing team?

WTF is going on in todays NFL when guys have good numbers and are complaining it’s not enough!

This is why sports have gone to hell.

Me me me me me me.

I could see Adams in Cinn if Tee Higgins leaves for more money.

I think it's a little deeper then that.

Sure. I thought you and Uncle Leo might be erroneously taking his march to a hundred and making it more than it should be (he hit the target). Whether or not he's unhappy is an important question (and the same can be asked of Breece and Sauce and their performances) because while Rodgers has had a very decent statistical year, the Jets haven't had enough success to justify the whole experiment of bringing in Aaron's guys.

Wilson, though, I'll note, is and has been a demonstrative complainer since Zach Wilson was his quarterback. And I don't blame him, but let's not pretend that Wilson is some sort of stoic creature that has finally had it with things. He's expressed this all before. That doesn't mean it isn't different or more serious this time—it's just par for his course.

That is all I'm talking about. I also think he's a little better than you're giving him real life credit for. I actually expected this this year so I didn't deal him. He's worth way more than a back-end round-two pick still. He'll be somewhere next year and the year after. He's aging better than some of the others. You can't do what he did at the end of the year and not have stuff left in the tank.

Maybe…..but Rodgers will be gone. Wilson will be in NY. They are starting over yet again like the Dolphins will in 2026.

We are stuck with Tua one more year then they can axe Tua, McD and Grier in one swift purge.
