Miami — Don’t play anyone on the Dolphins. QB John Beck has been wretched, WR Ted Ginn Jr. hasn’t gained any separation and their RB situation is a huge question mark. RB Jesse Chatman is hobbled with an ankle sprain, while Samkon Gado and Lorenzo Booker are neck-and-neck on the RB pecking order.

Jesse Chatman missed his second straight practice because of the ankle injury he's been battling for three weeks. Samkon Gado again worked with the first team and would likely start if Chatman, who has rushed for 435 yards and one touchdown, isn't cleared to play."We're just taking it day by day, it's a trainers decision," said Chatman, whose limp has decreased. ""It's frustrating, but I can't regress. Got to continue to progress. It's getting a lot better so I'll assume I'll be upgraded for Sunday.Coach Cam Cameron said the running game will be a "running back by committee" between Gado, rookie Lorenzo Booker, a pass catching specialist, and Patrick Cobbs if Chatman isn't available.

Jesse Chatman (ankle) missed his second straight practice Thursday.This is a bad sign. The South Florida Sun-Sentinel says there's "growing concern" that Chatman won't be available against Buffalo. If he's not, Samkon Gado would start and lose snaps in the passing game to rookie Lorenzo Booker. At this point, owners shouldn't be counting on Chatman to be a go.

He could have another 12-16 pt game again. Not bad for this late in the season for a fill in. I may start Gado if he starts. I lost Campbell tonight and J Jones isnt going to help that much. Maybe Gado could score. Desperate times
