Thin as the Ravens were @CB to begin with, this is some seriously bad news right out of the shute as camp opened to the public this morning

How big of a bump is this for Ladarius Webb in IDP leagues?
There's no bump at all for Webb. The only thing holding Webb back is his injured knee, once he's healthy the Ravens' view Ladarius as the better corner. Sounds like Fabian will be back for the openner against the Jets but Webb may start the season on PUP along with Ed Reed. Maybe one or hopefully two of the youngsters step up in camp, otherwise every team in the league will be throwing at will on this team. Maybe it's a bump for Flacco, the Ravens are going to have to score a ton a points to win.

I was thinking that there should be a prediction thread for the 1st player to tear an ACL once camps open. Foxworth gets the nod.

WowI loved the ravens this season. But I wonder if they can cover any elite WRs. this pass D was suspect before. Yikes
That's gonna be a patchwork unit. Especially if they don't improve their pass rush (which is what Kindle was for, and I doubt he'll play much this year now either, yikes).

they are going to be cautious w/Kindle, who can't travel for 3 weeks--we won't see him here 'til late August @the earliest...when it all sorts out, I think it will be PUP-to-IR for SKWalt Harris better have some game left in the tank, or take the "OVER" every week in Raven games 'til it hits 65.5! :goodposting:

That really sucks. Hate when a player gets injured. I liked Foxworth the one season he played for the Falcons. Hope for a speedy recovery.

:kicksrock: This is the time of the season where I start getting nervous every time I see a bolt on rotoworld. Hate to see any team lose a key player for the season. At least it's early enough and they should be able to make some adjustments or give some UDFA a little longer look maybe?

:kicksrock:

This hasn't been a stellar couple of weeks for the Ravens with Reed running his mouth, Kindle's fractured skull, Mount Cody's lard-###, and now Foxworth.

This already was the Ravens biggest weakness IMO, now with one of their best corners out for the season, looks like Ocho, TO, Gresham, Bryant, Caldwell, Shipley, and Jones are going to have field days against the almighty Ravens Defense!!

The Bengals beat the Ravens twice last season, so I don't see how they can do any better barring a playoff matchup. The key for Baltimore is pass rush now even more than before Foxworth got hurt. Kindle's fractured skull doesn't help, but maybe Suggs coming in healthy and in shape will. Another possible help will be that Kelly Gregg is over a year removed from his injury & looks to be healthy, plus Ngata's torn pec(?) seems to be healed. Neither will get many sacks but they occupy a bunch of space & blockers, allowing the pass rushers to run free.

On the flip side, you have a strong OL and a ton of weapons. Liking Flacco, Rice, and Boldin just a little bit more. Baltimore in 38-35 shootouts for once...wow.
