So get this......we had a big discussion tonight over my drawing. Not really an arguement because we talk things out well but there were some tears ( im on my period so dont judge me).

She has been encouraging me for months to start drawing again but I just wasnt feeling it. Usually we text all day but I wasnt communicating much all week because I was in my art zone. So instead she had been calling me 3-4 times a day and I finally told her it was annoying me because im busy.

She gpt really upset and hurt by this. I didnt say it as sensitively as I could. She wouldnt talk to me for hours til just now. She said I was being distant with her last weekend and not staying in touch much all week and thst I hurt her feelings.

I explained to her that she had been encouraging me and when artists get in to creative mode they get very distant and isolate themselves in their own world. Im damned if I do and damned if I dont.

Told her its not easy dating a creative type and they often get withdrawn but its not meant to hurt anyone. She would have to get accustomed to it when I do my thing and that ill try not to be so distant.

Now she doesnt know if she can handle that and wants to be alone this weekend
