Bills S Whitner arrested Published Thu Nov 9 3:21:00 p.m. PT 2006 (Rotoworld) The Associated Press reports that Bills S Donte Whitner was arrested and arraigned on harrasment charges last Saturday.Impact: The charges stem from a domestic disturbance with a woman. Whitner, who has 48 tackles while starting his whole rookie season, is due in court Nov. 20.

This is quoted from the News link in mfl.com. It would appear to have negligible impact upon his on-field performance, but obviously the risk here is that he might get suspended either by the team or the league in the future.
