Take just the first and last paragraphs and it's kind of an ironic post.

I'll just say it. The laws for drunk driving need to be changed.

................and this isnt about wanting to be able to drive drunk as much as it is I want those idiots terrible horrific dumbbell drivers off the road. But we know that aint happenin.

It's like buyer's remorse...he started down one path, about changing drunk driving laws, and realized he'd come across like he was pro-DUI, so he shifted to making it anti bad driver.

Lol, I am at work. Tired, would rather be drunk.

But no I dont drink and drive (anymore), nor did I imply I plan to.

But as stated, the TEST would actually TEST for ability. Last I checked, drinking and driving is

illegal because it impairs your ability to drive. Also last I checked, people's impairment ranged wildly in this regard.

Obviously if you are too impaired (as proven through a series of tests) you would not pass at

certain blood alcohol levels.

You just described field sobriety tests. I'd note that they are pretty damn unreliable.

No i did not describe a field sobriety test in the slightest. I actually didnt describe the test at all. Would be a tad more inclusive than those.
