Dumervil has torn pectoral muscle (1 Viewer)

Yikes. One guy in my home league just traded Julius Peppers for this guy, 3 days ago

Poor guy tore his boobie. Does Ayers move over to his spot? Is there anyone to target with potential?

I think Ayers was already expected to start opposite him. As to other options, I'd be surprised. Dumervil was able to get 17 sacks with pretty much no pass rush help from anyone else. His value was in sacks, not tackles, I doubt there's a 10-sack guy sitting on the bench in DEN.

there's not, but Jarvis Moss has been impressing :lmao: .

It's official:

Denver Broncos linebacker Elvis Dumervil suffered a torn pectoral muscle during Wednesday's practice that will sideline him indefinitely, according to league sources.Dumervil is expected to miss about four months, which means he might be able to return late this season.Dumervil is going for another opinion to get a more specific idea of how much time he would miss so the Broncos can figure out how to best handle the situation. With Dumervil out, Denver will need to get production out of two former No. 1 picks, Jarvis Moss and Robert Ayers.Dumervil, who had an NFL high and team-record 17 sacks last season, signed a five-year, $58.332 million extension last month that includes $43.168 million in guarantees.

Hey, stranger things have happened. If the light has gone on for Moss, coupled with Elvis' injury, it could be the perfect storm for Jarvis.

"...feeling low in Mile High"

really?

It's fine you are gonna change the subtitle on be, but does it have to be so corny? Also, if you edit the title of my thread, or my posts, for that matter, pls put an "edited by" tag somewhere...it's only common courtesy.

TIA

Hmm, I'm going to guess that Wood did that, but I'm not certain. I'll sometimes edit titles to reflect new information, but don't editorialize and don't leave an edited by tag unless it's necessary. I certainly understand and agree with the principle behind the edit tag, however. You can edit the subtitle to whatever you like with the Full Editor function if you'd prefer not to be associated with the current one. :lmao:Or I'll do it for you  (Sorry, hard to resist that one.)
