Dustin Keller (1 Viewer)

Well, that worked out too well. Keller was only supposed to cover Gonzo's Week 7 bye for me, after which I was going to drop him. But that will be hard to do after this performance. I guess it's a good problem to have.

Anyone else feeling S-M-R-T after starting Keller this week?
 Are you Ken from Massapequa?

Chump in my long time (16 years) redraft made that move yesterday. I had Welker and a big league lead. Now it's a MNF sweat against LeShoure

On that entire offense you have one playmaker (Kerley) who has any elusiveness. Hill drops too many balls (doesn't attack the ball with his hands, lets it get into his body). Schillens is a solid possession receiver but has a reduced role with the other guys back from injury. Keller and Kerley should both be solid bye week fillers for the next four weeks, and low end TE1/WR3 for the ROS.
I'll take a run at this, knowing that Dustin Keller falls under any listing of the most uninteresting subjects in fantasy football, but...

I'm wondering who saw Keller as a great pickup after Holmes went out, because I did, for pretty much the same reasons above. Primarily Tebow would not be coming in and what other receivers did Sanchez have anny past rapport with?

I thought Kerley might be as well, but that fizzled.

Keller and Kerley both had great games vs the Pats a few weeks ago. Now it looks like Kerley may be out tomorrow night.

Keller has been declining. The last couple weeks and the Rams game was a dud. I saw some of that game. Powell used near the goal line seems to hurt Keller, if it continues.

The Jets offense is just awful generally but their defense can rise up and present scoring opportunities.

So where to go on this? Who's holding and who's bailing? No time for 2/15/0 games from the starting TE.

Holding and seeing what happens tomorrow night. Matchup is great and the Jets should have to throw it a lot. If Keller doesn't get it done tomorrow I'll cut him loose next week.

Ok so DK pulled out a garbage time score against the Pats and had the 2nd best day for a TE in my 0.5 PPR league. Crazy.

Though for a while it was strange how Cumberland was in there getting the TE targets. Not sure what happened.

I watched that game and did not see where it happened but apparently Clyde Gates and Chaz Schillens had concussions AND Jeremy Kerley was out from practice yesterday (which is later than it seems since the Jets did not play Sunday but rather Thursday).

And so the Jets just signed Mardy Gilyard. ... Mardy. Gilyard.

Watching the Jets offense is torture but I honestly cannot think of one regular receiver left except Stephen Hill and...

....Keller.

This week it's ARI at home in the 'Medderlands'. The Cards allow the 2nd fewest FFPA to TEs, the Pats the most. Total flip from the previous week, but seriously, if Kerley is out, who else is Sancho going to throw it to?

The Cards did allow Lance Kendricks a 37 yard TD this Sunday.

The last few weeks, excluding guys who had huge single games like Myers and olsen, it's been Graham, Witten, Gonzo, Keller, Daniels and Gresham - in that order.

Week 7 through 12:

he has slightly more yards than Tony Gonzalez, just as many TDs on just 2 fewer receptions, he's averaging 10.4 points per game in 0.5 PPR.
