Agreed. I find it amazing how there are so many bad former players and announcers doing baseball stuff on TV these days. ESPN broadcasts are unwatchable with Morgan, and most of the guys in the BBT studio are bad.

Although I have to admit that Steve Philips is becoming mildly watchable.

I actually like Phillips. He just seems to have a good persona and comes off pretty well on both TV and radio.I've become numb to Kruk. He's not good, but I've know what to expect. Baker is just awful and there's no hope for him.

I miss Harold Renyolds. Orel Hershiser was pretty good too.

But the newer guys.....Baker, Eric Young, Fernando Vina, etc are awful. Tino Martinez was abd too but I think he isn't back this year.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this way, though my dislike was for him as a GM...don't think he ever managed
