Julio is in Arizona already working on his combine skills...reportedly ran a 4.43 40 today.
Link?
No link...no proof. A well-established poster with relationships with coaches reported it yesterday on Rivals...so take it with a grain of salt. But a lot of people close to the UA program expect Julio to be a combine monster. He's working hard on it already too.ETA: 40 was supposedly laser-timed.

Late addition for people to keep an eye on:

Mike McNeil TE Nebraska. He doesn't have the numbers, but all of Nebraska's receivers have been tragically under utilized for the last three years. He HAS to end up in the right situation to be valuable, however, as he has little to offer in terms of blocking. His receiving skills, on the other hand, are truly elite. I don't think I've ever seen him drop a pass, and he adjusts very well to the ball in the air. Dream situation: Colts. He could easily put up Dallas Clark numbers in that offense (and would be an upgrade over Tamme as a receiver).

Update for Niles Paul WR Nebraska:

He's training at IMG in Florida before the senior bowl. Reportedly checked in at 6'1" and 220lbs, expected to run the 40 in the low 4.4's. The kid is blessed with natural ability, but he's been prone to mental lapses in the past, dropping catchable balls. He has also, however, come up huge in the clutch (Missouri 2009). Nebraska has a poor WR coach, so with a move to the next level on a decent team, he could be a sleeper. Plus you'll be able to draft him in the 3rd round or later in rookie drafts.

He has great intangibles too. He broke his toe and missed the last two games of the regular season, but here's a quote on him playing in the Holiday Bowl afterwards:

Paul continues to rehabilitate his left foot. He suffered a fracture to the fifth metatarsal on Nov. 23 and missed the Huskers' final regular-season game against Colorado, plus the Big 12 championship game. He returned for the Holiday Bowl.

Paul said doctors told him that he faced a 30 to 40 percent risk of reinjuring the foot by practicing and playing in San Diego.

“I didn't care,” Paul said. “I wanted to get out there and play with my family one last time.”
Also, a fluff quote from Chris Weinke (director of IMG prep):
Weinke described Paul, at 6-foot-1 and 220 pounds, as a “specimen.”

“He's putting to use that information we're giving him,” Weinke said. “He's coachable. But the thing I'm concerned with before these guys get down here is their work ethic. One thing that sticks out with Niles is that he is competitive. We get in situations that are one on one out there, and the guy just wants to win.

“He's doing all the little things correctly, and he's gotten better every day.”

If anyone wants to see the next great small school QB, Delaware is playing Eastern Washington tonight. Devlin is a future stud, not better than Flacco but he looks pretty solid.
Care to retract?
Retract what?
Devlin was awful in the FCS championship game. He is a late round developmental backup at best.
nope. He didn't play well but he's no lower than a 3rd round pick, walterfootball has him to the Bills as #34
Ouch.
