[Dynasty] 2017 Draft Prospects (1 Viewer)

This is pre-NFL, 2015 was a deep class but not as deep as 2017. I had David in Tier 4 behind Ameer who is not on this list. This Tier is how I had them going into their class. David is clearly the top of that class but no one saw this coming.

In other words this is Tiered based on them coming out of college.

Tex
Makes sense, thx.

Mixon and Perine get grouped in together a lot, and I love Perine, but Mixon is gonna beast in the NFL. Did you guys see his highlights vs Texas Tech yesterday? His catches out of the backfield?

/obiwankenobe Mixon is not the RB you are looking for.
/obiwankenobe Move along.

Mixon is my #3 RB behind Chubb and Cook.

Mixon looks REALLY good. I watched his highlights from last year and was blown away. Everyone needs to keep quiet about this guy  :D

Tex is really good at what he does, but I question ANY system that doesn't have Fournette as Tier 1...He is an absolute stud.
I don't mind the criticism. I've certainly been wrong in the past but right now I have him in Tier 2. Would like to see him catch more passes then the combine and the draft. Last year I didn't have Derrick Henry in my Tier 1 either. Granted they are NOT the same player and Fournette has more wiggle but I just see a big, fast running back but nothing special.

Fournette doesn't have more wiggle. But he's a Tier 2 player for me as well.

ESPN's Mel Kiper says Louisville senior TE Cole Hikutini "could be a steal in the third or fourth round."
Hikutini is relatively unknown at the moment, even on the showtime Cardinals, because of his eclectic past. He arrived in Louisville via Sacramento State and City College of San Francisco. Hikutini caught six passes for 118 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's win over NC State, looking like a natural as a receiver. "Hikutini is athletic, can run after the catch and creates separation late in routes," Kiper wrote. He could be a key cog in an NFL passing offense." The 6-foot-5, 248-pounder boasts a 27(16 were first downs)-393-4 line on the season.

San Diego State senior RB Donnel Pumphrey rushed for 223 yards on 32 carries in Friday's 40-13 win over Utah State.
Alas, Pumphrey failed to score a touchdown in the game. He had found the end zone in each of the Aztecs' first seven games prior to Friday's affair. The 5-foot-9, 180-pound senior impressed even without a score, averaging 7.0 YPC with a long run of 44 yards. His 2016 season has been nothing short of bonkers (that is the official analytic designation), as Pumphrey has surpassed 200 yards rushing in four of eight games and has been held under 100 just once. It all adds up to 1,469 yards and 13 touchdowns. The stretch run for his 2,000-yard quest consists of dates with (sequentially) Hawaii, Nevada, Wyoming and Colorado State. Both Hawaii and Nevada currently house bottom-seven run defenses.

Kevin White has a little brother that is playing really well right now. His name I believe is Ka'Raun. He's someone to keep an eye on.

UMass senior TE Adam Breneman caught eight passes for 138 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 34-10 win over Wagner.
This was Breneman's first 100-yard receiving effort of the 2016 campaign. Even before cracking the century mark on Saturday, he was gearing in that direction. The 6-foot-4, 243-pound senior entered this weekend's match-up having caught a combined 16 passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns in his previous two games.

Oregon junior RB Royce Freeman is trying to keep an optimistic face despite his recent struggles.
Freeman has managed just 98 yards rushing in his last three games, averaging a shiver-me-timbers 2.3 YPC in that space. The preseason Heisman hopeful is trying to keep his head right, though, saying, "I'm not stressing about it or anything. As long as anybody else in the running back room is eating, I'm eating." The 6-foot, 229-pound junior added that "[y]ou just have to roll with the punches. Not everything is going to go your way." In a development that was impossible to see before the season, Freeman's teammate Tony Brooks-James actually leads the Ducks in rushing with 572 yards this season. He went off for 132 yards on Saturday.

Oklahoma senior WR Dede Westbrook caught five passes for 105 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 56-3 win over Kansas.
In addition to his work as a receiver, Westbrook also jumped off the blocks for a 71-yard punt return touchdown in the first quarter. After failing to surpass 70 yards receiving in any of his first three games, the 6-foot, 176-pound senior has been magnificent. Wesbrook is now up to five consecutive contests of at least 100 yards receiving. All 11 of his touchdowns have come in that five-game space.

Jalen Hurd told teammates he is tranferring. Reports say he will not enter the draft. Either transferring to a team with more power back commitment or trying to play WR/TE.

He'd be way better off just declaring and trusting that NFL teams will know he can be used more effectively than he was in college. He's clearly the kind of guy who will be a better NFL player than college player, so now he'll just be at least another year older and raw at his new position (if he changes). Either way he's probably looking at being a 4th round pick at best just purely on projecting his skillset. Why waste a year just because Kamara looks better than him right now?

Very glad I traded him away a while ago in a devy league.

Corey Davis is having a really good night!

He's really boss'in 3 TDs so far!

6rec 194yds and 3TDs....unreal.

ESPN's Todd McShay says he'd advise UNC redshirt junior QB Mitch Trubisky "to return to school for his senior season."
"There's a lot to like: He has good size (6-3, 220) and solid mechanics, and he shows the ability to get good velocity on vertical/deep-out throws," he wrote. "With 18 TDs versus just two interceptions, Trubisky has also been a very sound decision-maker this season." Trubisky has been getting so much hype recently that Heels HC Larry Fedora told reporters this week that he doesn't want his star prospect focusing on the draft prior to the close of the season.
