Interested to hear what the Pool thinks about D'Onta Foreman. Foreman wasn't a high profile recruit. The only reason he ended up at Texas was because his twin brother told them it was a package deal. Armanti Foreman was a 4 start recruit (WR).

One source I saw said he carries a 1st round grade if he comes out. Curious to hear some opinions since I haven't scouted him yet.

He's got 1st Round talent, but will probably fall to the 2nd. 250lbs and will probably run a 4.50 or better.  He's got enough wiggle and lateral quickness, certainly much more than Leonard Fournette, but not as much as Derrick Henry.  But better burst than Henry.  He's Legarrette Blount with a lot more speed.

He's the best catching TE in the NCAA why would anyone draft him for any other reason?

Don't forget GB, Pitt, maybe Sea and a few others that might be in need of a TE.

Winners and losers from Week 13 in college football

ECU senior WR Isaiah Jones caught seven passes for 61 yards in Saturday's 37-10 loss to Temple.
Zay has been as good -- if not better -- than any wide receiver in the country this season. Even the mightiest heroes fall on occasion, though, and so it was with the 6-foot-1, 197-pound senior on Saturday. He finished with a season-low 61 yards receiving against the Owls. That his seven catches also tied a season-low is a sign of just how prolific he has been with the reception this season. Despite Zay's best efforts, East Carolina finished the current campaign with a 3-9 record and there shall be no postseason bowl in his future. He finishes up the 2016 season having caught 158 passes for 1,746 yards and eight touchdowns.

BYU senior RB Jamaal Williams rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in the school's 28-10 win over Utah State.
Williams returned to the field for this contest after dealing with an ankle injury. Some evaluators really love what they see in Williams, and he will have a chance to win others over at the Senior Bowl. It is a loaded running back class.

San Diego State senior RB Donnel Pumphrey rushed for just 53 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries in the school's 63-31 loss to Colorado State.
Pumphrey added a catch for eight yards. This was absolutely a season low for a running back who was pushing the NCAA record books in terms of rushing yards. The Aztecs are bowl eligible, and Pumphrey will definitely surface at an all star event, likely the Senior Bowl.

senior QB Davis Webb completed 32 of 48 attempts for 301 yards and two touchdowns in the school's 36-10 win over UCLA.
Cal finishes the season 5-7, while UCLA closes the year 4-8. We aren't calling Webb No. 1 pick material, but it is interesting to note that the offense did not fall off a cliff after Jared Goff's departure. Webb has accepted an invitation to play in the Senior Bowl.

Utah senior RB Joe Williams rushed for 97 yards on 26 carries in Saturday's 27-22 loss to Colorado.
Williams had rushed for a minimum of 149 yards and a touchdown in five consecutive games, but he would find neither of those marks against Colorado on Saturday. The 5-foot-11, 200-pounder will now await postseason bowl assignment as he looks for one more monster game to put the cherry on top of a 2016 campaign in which he has rushed for 1,185 yards and nine touchdowns over the course of eight games played.

Inside the League's Neil Stratton reports that Texas junior RB D'Onta Foreman will enter the 2017 NFL Draft.
Stratton relays that after narrowing his agency choice down to four, Foreman has decided to roll with Select Sports. Neither player nor agency has confirmed this report as of yet. New HC Tom Herman indicated during Sunday's introductory press conference that he had yet to speak with the junior back, but that he hoped to do so on Monday. The 6-foot-1, 249-pound Foreman was nothing short of brilliant this season, rushing for 2,028 yards (6.3 YPC) and 15 touchdowns over 11 games played. He rushed for at least 120 yards in every one of those contests. Included in that lot, a towering 341-yard, three-touchdown performance against Texas Tech on November 5.

Notre Dame redshirt sophomore QB DeShone Kizer requested an evaluation from the NFL Draft Advisory Board.
There is a chance Kizer is the first quarterback off the board, but we know how long this process lasts. It is possible the evaluation from the committee might project outside of the first round. Notre Dame finished their season at 4-8 thanks to a lack of speed on offense and defense. Kizer started the year on fire, but started to drop his eyes as the season went along. Quenton Nelson, Mike McGlinchey and Nyles Morgan also requested evaluations from the NFL.

Western Michigan senior WR Corey Davis caught nine passes for 155 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 29-23 win over Ohio in the MAC Championship Game.
 
Davis came up clutch for the Broncos in the MAC title game. His touchdown grab was a thing of beauty, as the 6-foot-3, 215-pound senior ran a deep in and was hit perfectly in stride by QB Zach Terrell. The rest of the work was all Davis, who cut across the field and down the left sideline while racing to the end zone for the impressive 70-yard touchdown midway through the second quarter. This was the wideout's fifth 100-yard game in 13 contests. Overall, he has caught 92 passes for 1,438 yards and 18 touchdowns. Having rowed the boat to an undefeated shore, the 13-0 Broncos will now await their bowl assignment.

An area scout indicated to MMQB that Oklahoma senior WR Dede Westbrook has been receiving excellent coaching with the Sooners.
"They’ve done a great job coaching him. He’s pretty good in all areas now—hands, he’s more confident, he’s catching the ball better," the scout said, "and there’s a little something about him." Westbrook has compiled a 70-1354-15receiving line through 11 games while averaging a sweet 19.3 yards per reception. "The rise that he's made [from a 46-743-4 2015 season], it's unbelievable," the scout said. He believes Westbrook could be high-climber in this spring's draft.

NFL.com draft analyst Lance Zierlein compares Texas RB D’Onta Foreman to Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart.

A true junior, Foreman has announced that he will declare for the upcoming NFL Draft. "Foreman is way bigger than people realize. He has elite size almost to the point where he might need to lose weight to maintain his quickness at the next level," said Zierlein. "Good vision. Quick feet. Proved he can handle being an every-down back this year. His workload this season might be cause for some concern, but it hasn't been an issue until this year." The 6-foot-1, 250-pound Foreman leads the FBS in both carries (323) and rushing yards (2,208).

Louisiana-Lafayette senior RB Elijah McGuire rushed for 110 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries in Saturday's 30-3 win over Louisiana-Monroe.
With the win, the Ragin' Cajuns improved to 6-6 and gained bowl eligibility. McGuire notched a personal milestone in the victory, too, as his 110 yards rushing bumped him over 1,000 for the regular season. The 5-foot-11, 208-pound senior scored his lone touchdown on Saturday via a one-yard run with nine minutes remaining in the first quarter. Through 12 games, he has now rushed for 1,028 yards and seven touchdowns. He has surpassed 1,000 yards rushing in each of his last three seasons. TFY Draft Insider's Tony Pauline notes that the scouting community views him as a potential mid-round selection in the 2017 NFL Draft.

Western Kentucky senior WR Taywan Taylor caught seven passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's 58-44 win over Louisiana Tech.
Taylor is up to an 89-1586-16 line through the end of the regular season. The 6-foot-1, 190-pounder has been one of the sport's most productive receivers over the last two years. We've picked up some John Brown wafts coming off him.

Washington senior WR John Ross caught four passes for 51 yards and a touchdown in Friday's 41-10 Pac-12 Championship win over Colorado.
The 5-foot-11, 179-pound Ross now sports a 76-1122-17line, with that touchdown figure leading the conference. An NFC scout said earlier this season that Ross has the potential to "end up being being a better pro than Brandin Cooks." The Huskies await word from the College Football Playoff committee. We think they'll be tabbed, as the No. 4 seed, to play No. 1 Alabama in an opening-round game.

Wisconsin senior RB Corey Clement rushed for 164 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries in Saturday's 38-31 loss to Penn State in the Big Ten Championship Game.
While Clement put forth several impressive runs -- including a 67-yard scoring run around the left edge in the first quarter -- he will be haunted by one play late. With Wisconsin down seven and facing a fourth-and-short late in the fourth quarter, the 5-foot-11, 227-pound senior took the carry and tried to find wiggle room for the necessary gain. It was not to be, though, as Penn State played his dive perfectly and held him short of the line to gain. The Nittany Lions proceeded to run out the clock. This loss unofficially knocks Wisconsin out of Playoff contention.

ESPN's Mel Kiper ballparks Western Kentucky senior WR Taywan Taylor "in the third-round range."
In Saturday's Conference USA title game win over Louisiana Tech, Taylor caught seven passes for 194 yards and two touchdowns. The 6-foot-1, 190-pounder boasts a 89-1586-16 line and has 220 catches the past three seasons. He plays like John Brown. "At 6-0, 195 pounds, Taylor isn't a prototypical No. 1 wideout, but he has soft hands and shows burst after the catch," Kiper wrote. "He also tracks the football as well as any draft-eligible receiver."

Very true.  Him coming off injury did him no favors and to me he's looked better and better as the season unraveled for him.  He's going to rise up boards very quickly if he does well at the combine / pro day

Yeah, he's going to need to show that he can pass protect / catch the ball.  In '14 he had 18 catches but only 4 this year, 5 last (was hurt, but still).
