NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compared Texas Tech WR Keke Coutee to Baltimore Ravens WR John Brown.
"Coutee's lack of route experience and play strength could lead to a bumpy initial season," Zierlein writes, "but his ability to separate both vertically and out of his breaks should make him a coveted slot target capable of adding chunk plays to an offense or return game in need of some juice." The 5-foot-10, 181-pound Coutee posted a composite athletic testing score ranking in the 26th percentile of NFL wide receivers at the NFL Scouting Combine. That's not particularly shiny and he'll be held off some team boards simply due to his size, but we expect that Coutee could see some interest as early as the second round next month.

NFL Media's Lance Zierlein compares South Florida WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling to Jets WR Charone Peake.
"Height, weight, speed prospect with intriguing deep ball capabilities as a big field stretcher," writes Zierlein. "Valdes-Scantling is a work in progress who hasn't learned how to create leverage within his linear routes and doesn't have the ball skills he will need to win downfield." The 6-foot-4, 206-pound wideout did impress in Indianapolis at the combine with a 4.37 second 40 yard dash, but his inconsistent production right in 2017 makes him a late-round prospect right now.

NFL.com Columnist Adam Schein believes that the Jets trading up to the third spot could affect the stock of Oklahoma State QB Mason Rudolph.
In this case, it would affect Rudolph (6'5/235) in a positive direction. Schein believes that the early quarterback run that comes from the deal could make teams picking in the bottom of the first round more likely to target someone like the former Oklahoma State signal-caller. "Rudolph might be the future in New Orleans or Pittsburgh. He could be the present in Jacksonville," Schein writes. "A quarterback-needy team could trade into the bottom portion of Round 1 late on the draft's opening night to secure Rudolph's services."

Northern Iowa WR Daurice Fountains has visits scheduled with the Cowboys, Jaguars, Cardinals, Ravens, Bengals, Eagles, Chiefs, and Redskins.
Fountain was the biggest receiver Combine snub as he produced a solid week of practice at the East-West Shrine Game and might be one of the most athletic receivers in this class. A third-day selection is likely in his future.

Deep RB class.
According to Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports 1, UCLA QB Josh Rosen worked out for the Browns and Giants on Tuesday.
Per Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns will also work out Sam Darnold on Wednesday and Josh Allen at his Wyoming Pro Day on Friday. At one point it looked like Browns might draft Saquon Barkley first overall while waiting until No. 4 to address their quarterback need, but the Jets eliminated that possibility by trading up to No. 3. It's too early to tell where the Browns are leaning but it's safe to assume one of Rosen, Darnold, Allen or Baker Mayfield will be chosen with the first pick.

I hate mock drafts, they're stupid. I wish it was late April already, for many reasons.
