In a dream world, the #Bears boost their trenches with their first pick and add a RB on Day 2.
There’s a lot of good value in that Round 2-3 range. Justice Haynes, Jonah Coleman and Nicholas Singleton are all future NFL starters to me.
Dane Brugler
#Baylor TE Michael Trigg (6033v, 250v) is one of the most talented pass-catchers in this class. Big-time body control and ball skills (can see his basketball background).
These plays happened back-to-back on Saturday (the one-handed grab!)
Ian Cummings
Jordyn Tyson versus Makai Lemon versus Carnell Tate for WR1 imo.
Chris Bell and Denzel Boston both have high grades from me as well, but this triumvirate feels like it’s separated from the rest.
Pete Madness
Is lane in your tier 2, while these are all tier 1?
Ian Cummings
Close! Right now, I’d probably have it:
Tier 1 - Jordyn Tyson, Makai Lemon
Tier 1.5 - Carnell Tate
Tier 2 - Chris Bell, Denzel Boston
Tier 3 - Ja’Kobi Lane, Germie Bernard, KC Concepcion, Eric Singleton, Antonio Williams, Chris Brazzell, etc
Jordan Reid
#Alabama QB Ty Simpson vs. Mizzou:
23/31, 200 yards and 3 TDs.
Poise, accurate and has continued to show growth each week.
Jordan Reid
There were questions coming into the year about the 2026 WR class, but it’s shaping up nicely:
• Jordyn Tyson, Arizona St
• Makai Lemon, USC
• Carnell Tate, Ohio St
• Denzel Boston, Washington
• Chris Bell, Louisville
• Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee
• Germie Bernard, Alabama
• KC Concepcion, Texas A&M
• Elijah Sarratt, Indiana

Ben, are you hearing anything regarding this years' draft QB's?
any potential late bloomers to shoot up draft boards?
Benjamin Allbright
The “big four” I keep hearing (in no order) are Mendoza, Mateer, Simpson and Sellars.
Taylen Green gets a lot of run in a couple circles.
Luis Felipe Saccini
No Dante Moore?
Benjamin Allbright
I see Moore on Twitter and in media a lot, but don’t hear that name as much when talking in NFL people…maybe they’re trying to keep it secret, maybe I’m talking to the wrong people… maybe he’s not as hot to name in league circles.
Ian Cummings
The 2026 RB class is shaping up to be better than how it first appeared. Top 5 right now:
Love - The ultimate two-phase dynamo
Claiborne - The elusion fusion
Price - The explosive inside-outside creator
Haynes - The forceful field-stretcher
Coleman - The instinctive instigator
Dane Brugler
We've seen 2 RBs from the same school both drafted early in the same class multiple times this past decade:
2025: Judkins/Henderson
2018: Michel/Chubb
2016: Henry/Drake
Notre Dame's Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price are up next.
Right now with all things considered I think Dante Moore is the only QB worth going #1. After that I think someone takes a chance on Sellers. Then 3-5 QBs go in in the Rounds 2-4 range.
Kaytron Allen, RB, Penn State
At 220 pounds with 4.3 speed, Nicholas Singleton is the freakier of Penn State’s running back duo (and might be the higher draft pick). But Allen is the best back on the team — and it appears interim head coach Terry Smith agrees.
After the two backs mostly split reps earlier this season, Allen had a career-high 28 carries this past Saturday against Iowa and averaged 5.2 yards per rush; Singleton finished with six carries and 2.5 yards per carry. Allen doesn’t have elite speed, but his quick, controlled cuts and run toughness (at 5-11, 216) will make him a valuable part of an NFL backfield.
Justin Joly, TE, NC State
An underdeveloped, 190-pound wide receiver out of high school, Joly has transformed himself into a 250-pound, ***-kicking tight end with a chance to be a top-100 pick.
Though only 6-3, he has an impressive build with developed strength that shows both as a blocker and downfield on contested targets. As a pass catcher, Joly does a great job dropping his weight at the top of routes versus man and finding soft spots against zone. There are some Jonnu Smith flashes here.

@dpbrugler thought on Brendan Sorsby ? Dude has a live arm.
Dane Brugler
Sorsby is one of the best QBs in CFB who doesn't get talked about enough.
The mechanics and placement need more refinement, but love the arm talent and athleticism. There are NFL throws all over his tape. Will have an NFL decision to make after the season.
Ian Cummings
Roman Hemby is having a big day for the Hoosiers: 2 TDs in the first half.
Doesn’t always get buzz, but I think he’s a solid RB prospect. Compact, efficient runner with good vision and energizer acceleration through gaps.
Jordan Reid
#Alabama QB Ty Simpson (6-2, 208, rJR)
A contender for QB1 in the 2026 draft. Smart, accurate, and decisive passer that’s continued to climb boards.
Ian Cummings
That RAC transition by KC Concepcion after making the high-difficulty adjustment on the short pass was incredible.
Lightning-quick gather and cut to leave Mansoor Delane in the lurch, then was able to bend and accelerate upfield. Concepcion is a *player*.
Absolutely LOVE how KC Concepcion worked back to this ball through the defense. This is what it means to attack the football with positioning.
Concepcion’s instincts continue to impress. Just a natural.
Ian Cummings
Cincinnati QB Brendan Sorsby:
- 1,843 yards, 20 TDs, 1 INT in '25
- 85.1 PFSN QBi grade
- 0.06 EPA per pressured dropback, per TruMedia
Day 2-3 fringe initial grade for me, but if Jaxson Dart can go Round 1, Sorsby can go Top 75. Awesome arm velo and angles, keen creative IQ.
