After crunching some numbers, reversing the 3rd round (I think its called Bonzai) really evens things out. No draft slot has an advantage.
I have broken things down for a regular snake, 3rd round reversal (Bonzai), and 3RSR through the first six rounds.
As far as draft value for each slot in the regular snake drafts I discovered the first few picks have an advantage that I never realized.
3RSR (1-12,12-1,12-1, snake) closes the advantage by a good margin, but the Bonzai (1-12,12-1,12-1,12-1, snake) makes things nearly equal from every draft spot.
I will post the results here as soon as our selections for draft slots is over with. A friend asked me not to post results here due to other league members getting their hands on the data and choosing the best spots ahead of him. If you want the data, feel free to PM me and I will send it.
I know every draft is different. With each donkey pick it changes the value of each pick and things can change quickly. So if your league is more of a social league the regular snake will probably do the trick. If it is more sharks then consider the 3RSR or the Bonzai.
