Dynasty IDP question: When is it time to cut bait on Daryl Washington? (1 Viewer)

12 team IDP Dynasty league, my LBs were Navorro Bowman (ouch), Daryl Washington (ouch), and Alec Ogletree.

I managed to snag Brad Jones and Pat Willis in trades, so my LBs are shored up.

I own Washington for three more years (two after this lost season).

At what point do I cut bait and let him go to waivers/free agency?

A little hard to say without knowing the format. Really depends on the opportunity cost of keeping him. How deep is the league? How difficult is it to find roster space for what you need?

I have Washington in a league with up to 50-60 players, so I'm happy to sit on him. Well, I'm not ###### happy, but I will sit on him, lol.

I have the space and barring any decent trade offers I'll continue to hold him until he gets himself banned from the NFL

after 2 years of trying to find people to play in his place, I cut bait with him even with 40+ man rosters. Homey don't play dat. Aint worth the headache if you have other options. Who's to say he won't do something stupid again?

If you can roster space, why the hell would you drop him? He is a top 5 LB, im holding til next year and will continue to play him every week.

12 team auction/salary/contract years IDP league, rostering 30 players. Start 2 LB, 2 DL, 2 DB. My roster is full and I got Washington for a great salary for three years (though this one's a loss).

I've got the space, but I'm always looking to make my team better. I'll just hold onto him.
