Dynasty League Question (1 Viewer)

Do you guys allow for add/drop 365 days a year?

I have add/drops closed from when the season ended (Jan) until the day after our rookie draft (later this month)

then we can evaluate our teams and pick up any free agents/ undrafted rookies in the four rounds.

Just curious what everyone else does.

Ours lock from the Thursday before the playoffs start (week 14) until 1 week after the rookie draft (9-2)

Trades can still be made 365 days a year though.

Our League locks after the Super Bowl, then all FAs are thrown in with the rookies, and then we have a Rookies/FA draft before the season starts . . .

Zealots has waivers in-season, then FAs from February through the start of the season except during the rookie draft.

I have one league that locks the week after all NFL bye weeks are done. I thought it was dumb at first, but it forces you to carry two kickers (in case one is injured) and makes the rookie drafts more interesting because some of the "late bloomers" (DJ Hackett among others) from last season are now available in the rookie draft - makes the draft more interesting, but can't stash gems as much as in other leagues.

we have two free agent waiver periods during the off season. we use a monetary system for free agents so anyone you add during the off season counts against your cash for the up coming season.
