Javorious Allen, Alex Collins, Woodhead, and Dixon returning from IR. 

Does Collins remain the lead back over Dixon? 

Does anyone break into rb1, or are they all rb2/3?

It's all speculation right now.  Collins should be the lead back...he has the most talent and upside.  I wouldn't worry about Dixon.  My guess is one of Woodhead/Allen will be gone and the other will be the pass catching 3rd down back.  That would limit Collins' upside.

So it could be that Collins is a solid RB2 for the next couple of seasons, or it could be a complete mess if Dixon remains in the mix.  As much as l like Collins' talent, I don't see where he becomes a RB1 in BAL.  So I would deal Collins for a decent 1st round pick (or deal Collins in a package that could net me Barkley) while his value is perceived to be fairly high.  If you can't get a first rounder, I would just hold Collins and see what happens.

I'd bet on Collins. Dixon has been a bust so far and Allen is just a JAG and Woodhead is getting up there in age.
