I would trade those guys to get DJi sent feelers to the DJ owner. he wanted Tyreek Hill and Kareem Hunt. i declined.

Gurley wouldn't be close for me. But then again, I think Gurley is Trent Richardson.I was offered Gurley for DJ in a non-PPR league.
Reject was easy because I have good RB depth (Bell, Fournette, Lynch) but even without that I think I probably would have declined. Another data point in what people are offering though.
That looks like an absolute steal for you.Data point-> I gave Brees, Ajayi, Baldwin for DJ, Maclin, Cohen in a start 1QB PPR league where I am also sitting on Luck (there were other pieces, but these guys were the main course). The other team is in win-now mode, and I am playing for 2018.
Pre-injury I agree. Now, you're giving up way too much age imo. Its Hunt and Hill this year and Hunt and Hill two years from now. Only advantage is probably DJ next season and that's even uncertain. I think Hunt finishes as a top 5 back this year.Seems pretty fair.
If DJ wasn't injured then I might be more inclined but as it stands now. I also think the Arizona offense, especially in dynasty format, is not going give what KC will.Seems pretty fair.
I'd have said no pre-injury, it's not even in the ball game of being fair at this point.Pre-injury I agree.
Yeah. That would be a golden parachute at this point. Good this year and in the future.I'd have said no pre-injury, it's not even in the ball game of being fair at this point.
You are using hindsight. Preinjury that is a horrible trade pick 1.07 to 1.11 from the rookie draft that is probably a 6th or 7th round start up value and a 4th round start up receiver for pick 1.01? Horrible. It is a fair trade right now, Hunt looks nice, but it is just one game and Hill is still only a top 15 to 20 receiver.Pre-injury I agree. Now, you're giving up way too much age imo. Im not talking preinjury months ago. Im talking like last Friday afternoon after Hunt and Hill went off the night before. Nobody is giving you Hunt and Hill now for DJ. You'd be lucky to get just one of them. You are using hindsight. If David Johnson was healthy and some one offered him to you for Hill and Hunt, you'd say "no"?I'd have said no pre-injury, it's not even in the ball game of being fair at this point.
CorrectIf David Johnson was healthy and some one offered him to you for Hill and Hunt, you'd say "no"?
Interesting. I own Hunt and Johnson in two league and Hill in one so I like all of them, but that's a bit surprising to me. Not to dismiss Hill entirely, because I think he's dynamic and will produce but with WR so deep in dynasty right now I just don't think he's enough to make up the difference from Hunt to Johnson. Obviously if Hunt kept up the pace from last Thursday then there is no difference between him and DJ, but that's unlikely.Correct
Would depend on the state of my team. I think the trade is pretty even value pre-injury. If i were a contender and i had the WR depth I'd prolly pull the trigger. Rebuilding id take the youngsters. Even without the injury, I think DJ was gonna hit the value wall due to age next season.Interesting. Obviously I'm not saying you're wrong, just that I was surprised and thought maybe I was reading that incorrectly.
It depends. He will not turn 27 until December of next year and if he was productive this year and next I still think he'd hold plenty of trade value.Would depend on the state of my team. Dang it, didn't mean to bold everything...12 team 0.5 PPR league. Start 1/2/3/1. I have an incredibly deep WR corps.
I threw out AJG for DJ.
He came back with Antonio Brown and Lynch for DJ.
Then last night he offered
Brown, Brees, Lynch and my 2018 1st (should be late) for
David Johnson, Russell Wilson and a 2018 3rd (who knows).
I'm not interested in trading Brown; he's like having a cheat code. I might do AJG/Lynch for DJ but not sure he'd bite.
2nd trade offer - Brown again. Swap in AJG and make the 3rd a 2nd, it might work.
Just curious as you mentioned you liked AR15. He is on the young side and has an elite season under his belt. Why would you then be tempted to let him go for any first round pick? For me DJ and Bell are so valuable because they can both contribute so much in the rushing and passing game and they are in a position where more teams are turning to a committee approach. I'm starting to think I might need to jump in and make some offers where I don't have DJ because I would certainly trade a top young unproven prospect and a first round pick for one of those two very valuable assets.
As far as ARob I think he is very good and I own him on a couple of dynasty teams but I would be tempted if I were being offered any first round pick in my 12 team leagues. I think a later first round pick is probably FMV for him with him being out for the year.
Be curious as to your top 10 dynasty RBs as of right now.No and I'll add to this so you know I'm not just talking hindsight.
Let's start with fact in dynasty I like youth, like it in redraft as well but big deal to me in dynasty. That close to 4 years age gap on Hunt vs DJ is for me not a small thing and also Hill is of course young and I don't think he is getting proper respect here.
I'll get Hill out of the way first. He was a massive target of mine this year and I had him as a top 15 WR, before the opening game. I don't like to get bogged down on deep rankings when I draft but more often than not when I was mid to late round 3 of drafts Hill was my top rated WR. That is redraft, but I view him as a top 5-10 dynasty WR. I just referenced how I'm high on him now but his speed and Mahomes arm is a marriage made in football heaven and in a year or two when it's on full display I think he'll be considered as uncoverable as any WR in the game and a 1500+ yardage guy.
As for Hunt let me just put this context of where I had him rated BEFORE the opener. I did a FFPC main event draft a week ago tonight, night before the opener. I drafted out of 1 spot, sadly took DJ 1.1 took Hunt at 24.
Next day, early in the afternoon on opening day, I did a one of those $350/FPC leagues and I took Hunt at pick 17. That is pick 17 without week one hindsight.
In conclusion you got a similar position player in Hunt who is 4 years younger who I valued enough to take at pick 17 in a redraft and a WR I currently value as a top 15 WR and believe is a top 5-10 dynasty WR and he is also young. Meanwhile before his injury I tended to view David Johnson as someone with a 3 year window if things went well.
Not real big on doing exact rankings and I'll get bogged down on stuff like who would I leave off so instead this is my top 11 and NOT in any order. This would be the same 11 last week, order would change if I was putting them in order but the same 11 players. PPR.Be curious as to your top 10 dynasty RBs as of right now.
I like ARob quite a lot and own him on quite a lot of teams. My view is that he is out for this entire season and I feel he has been good but has had only 1 great season. Then when I look at the personal success I have had with late round 1 picks the last couple of years I feel that it's probably fair value. So some of it might be skewed by personal success but I feel good about those late round 1 picks after having recently pulled in the likes of Jordan Howard and Kareem Hunt in those ranges.Just curious as you mentioned you liked AR15. He is on the young side and has an elite season under his belt. Why would you then be tempted to let him go for any first round pick?
Wow! Really? You would trade DJ, Bell or Elliott for guys like McCaffrey, Cook and Mixon? Come to my league with Bell and Zeke on your roster. Not real big on doing exact rankings and I'll get bogged down on stuff like who would I leave off so instead this is my top 11 and NOT in any order. When you finally see it will be to late.Hill as a top 5 - 10 dynasty receiver? Come on.
There is a big difference between becoming it and paying that or asking someone to pay it.When you finally see it will be to late.
Yep. I scanned through the posting too quickly. Actually, in my mind a top 10 list is irrelevant. A tier list is probably more applicable. My RB top tier list would be:He said that list is not in order.
But by then he'll be 4 years older than rookie Speedy Gonzalez. No and I'll add to this so you know I'm not just talking hindsight.

Not sure it's as crazy as you make it seem. You have Antonio, Odell, Evans, Julio, Green, Cooks, Hilton, Thomas, Cooper, Hopkins. Thats 10. There's nobody else I'd definitively put ahead of him. Few guys in the same tier.Hill as a top 5 - 10 dynasty receiver? Come on.
i'd take adams in that scenario without hesitation. couldn't hit "accept" fast enough really.ConnSKINS26 said:Just saw ARob moved for Davante Adams if that helps.
I make this trade in a heartbeatTrade just went down in a 16 team PPR dynasty I'm in. I have no part of this, but it seems pretty reasonable.
Dalvin Cook for David Johnson
Team getting DJ isn't competing this year while the Cook side is. Kind of backwards thinking of it that way considering vet vs. rookie, but Cook is a better win now asset due to injury.
You like the DJ side or the Cook side?I make this trade in a heartbeat
Man. That just seems cheap for DJ.Gave Montgomery + 2018 1st (and Josh Brown) for DJ to a scrambling owner. YMMV.
Pretty happy with that and I like Montgomery quite a bit.
Yes. I think hat was cheap for DJMan. That just seems cheap for DJ.
I own DJ and haven't received any offers yet. I won't sell low, so I probably won't trade him, but this would be an instant reject for me.
