TD's, Rec's, Yards - the total FF package!
I agree. 107 yards and 7 catches for 37.TD's, Rec's, Yards - the total FF package!
Yeah, thanks for knocking me out of the playoffs Graham. Jerk.TD's, Rec's, Yards - the total FF package!
and home against ATL week 15 @ SF week 16!Earnest Graham-RB- Buccaneers Dec. 2 - 7:56 pm et Earnest Graham rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries and caught seven passes for 37 yards in Week 13.Graham isn't the big-play threat Cadillac Williams was, but there aren't many flaws in his game, which makes him hard to take off the field. He's a grinder who falls forward. Graham has now scored in four consecutive games and has a beautiful matchup at Houston upcoming in Week 14.![]()
He was the man today. That 4th & 1 first down was huge. He will get his chance to start next year.I agree. 107 yards and 7 catches for 37.TD's, Rec's, Yards - the total FF package!
Graham has had some big runs. The TD today was what 25yds? If I remember right, he usually gets 1-2 20+yard runs a game.Graham isn't the big-play threat Cadillac Williams was
I am calling the nickname right now - EG for now on. He makes Caddy look like a YUGO.Graham has had some big runs. The TD today was what 25yds? If I remember right, he usually gets 1-2 20+yard runs a game.Graham isn't the big-play threat Cadillac Williams was

Pittman will be heavily involved in the passing game...no doubt. And Gruden loves having both in the backfield...giving him the option to hand to either or throw to either. Pittman is also exceptional at picking up blitzes.I would expect Pitt to hurt EG's value some...Michael Pittman-RB- Buccaneers Dec. 2 - 8:00 pm et Michael Pittman caught two passes for six yards in Week 13.He didn't carry the ball once and isn't a threat to Earnest Graham until proven otherwise. Few around the team believe Pittman is 100 percent, and even when or if he gets there, Graham is playing too well for Pittman to steal a big piece of the pie.

"Grahammer Time"?"Battering Graham"
All I said is that Pittman when 100%, might cut into EG's playing time on 3rd down. EG onwers should not have to worry about thta since Pittman is no where near 100% right nowI'm not saying Pitt will make EG a #3 back. But I am saying Pitt will probably keep EG from being a top-flight #1.Gruden loves Pittman.
What are you saying????? Week 11 he came back from injury fumbled 2 times and was inactive week 12. Are you saying Pittman is now healthy or even close to being healthy? I watched the entire game this week and saw Pittman in about 6 times. I think Pittman has a long ways to go b4 is healthy. When HEALTHY he would cut into EG's playing time.gump said:The last time Pittman was healthy, week 11, he posted the following:10 carries, 44 yards5 targets, 2 catches, 17 yardsBoth backs got 4th qtr carries when TB was up big, to run out the clock.I don't see why that would change.
Not arguing with you...just commenting on Pitt's role IF HEALTHY.He did play today though, after some thought he was out for the year. That's a good sign for Pitt...and a good sign for the Bucs. What are you saying????? Week 11 he came back from injury fumbled 2 times and was inactive week 12. For your league that ended when...this week? No he doesn't. For leagues who could use a guy who could get 10+ carries and 5+ targets against weak defenses like ATL, CAR, and SF...maybe.Although Pitt has no fantasy value. Not arguing with you...just commenting on Pitt's role IF HEALTHY.He did play today though, after some thought he was out for the year. I take it you own pittman....and are desperate for this to be true, good luck with that. The only way pitt sees the field enough to matter fantasy wise is if E.G gets hurt...he`s 32 and playing hurt , i dont care if gruden likes him or not,he will not upset the apple cart and use E.G any less than he is right now.For your league that ended when...this week? I appreciate your opinion..but I'll have to see something different from Gruden with Pittman on the field to think otherwise. We haven't seen that yet. When healthy, Pittman starts in the same backfield as Graham. He's not there to block.I take it you own pittman....and are desperate for this to be true, good luck with that. The only way pitt sees the field enough to matter fantasy wise is if E.G gets hurt...he`s 32 and playing hurt , i dont care if gruden likes him or not,he will not upset the apple cart and use E.G any less than he is right now.For your league that ended when...this week? Since his very first NFL game? He had 26 carries for 77 yards (2.96 ypc) until his last carry of the game... which he broke for 71 yards. 71 yards still counts as a big play, right?Since when did Cadillac have "big play ability"?![]()

and that means Pittman is not a factor bro.Graham scores on 25-yard scamper Earnest Graham, RB TBNews: Bucs RB Earnest Graham managed his third 100-yard rushing performance in his last four games during a Week 13 win against the Saints. Graham rushed for 106 yards on 22 carries. He scored on a 25-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. He also had seven receptions for 37 yards.Analysis: The Bucs thought their season might be lost after losing Cadillac Williams to a knee injury for the season and then Michael Pittman to an ankle injury for a few games. Their world has been turned upside down thanks to Graham. He has rushed for more than 90 yards in four of his last six games and has become the workhorse of the offense. Consider Graham a solid No. 1 Fantasy RB for Week 14 against the Texans.

Yup. And it if you count a big play as 40+ yards, that was first, last and ONLY "big play" in his 3 year NFL career (including pass plays). His next longest play in his rookie year was 31 yards. In his 2nd year, he had 38 and 34 yarders, but nothing else. In his 3rd year, before he got injured, he had nothing over 20. Seems to me if you look at that record compared to other starters around the league, I wouldn't consider "big play ability" as his forte.Since his very first NFL game? You're getting off on an absolutely pointless tangent. He showed the ability to break big plays, perhaps it's not his "forte" but the point of the statement was never that Williams was a big play specialist. He was inconsistent and constantly knicked up. Graham has been consistent for an 8-4 team, he's been a big part of the success.Yup. Tangent yes, pointless no. The point is that Caddy's "big play" ability is largely a myth in the NFL. Aside from ONE play, Graham has shown just as much "big play" ability as Caddy ever has. Which means basically that Graham has shown everything Caddy ever has and then some (receiving, short yardage skills etc.).I own Caddy in 2 of my 3 dynasty leagues. I'd LOVE to believe he has special talent that has just been hidden by injuries and poor luck. But it seems to me after watching him closely for a couple of years that he just doesn't have the advertised talent. In my eyes, he's an average (not BAD, but average), injury-prone NFL RB with some holes in his game. That said, I don't think Graham is a stud either. I do think he should be given a chance to start next year because of his solid play, but I wouldn't be surprised if Tampa brought in another back in the draft or free agency. You're getting off on an absolutely pointless tangent. He showed the ability to break big plays, perhaps it's not his "forte" but the point of the statement was never that Williams was a big play specialist. You must have my team! I am already agonizing over SJax Vs. Graham (sat ADP for Graham this week due to the injury and with Graham as an alternative it didn't make any sense to take the risk with ADP) This week though...Hard decisions to make for next week.Steven Jackson vs. CINAdrian Peterson vs. SFEarnest Graham vs. HOULove Graham but I don't know!
I like that. But I've been calling him "Forthright Cracker."You know, Earnest Graham, Forthright Cracker. Get it?Okay, Battering Graham is better.gump said:"Battering Graham"
I heard at one point, Cadillac could be done after the injury he had. I never heard a follow up, but if he comes back, he won't be the same, and even if, I'd say it's Graham's to lose going forward.Tangent yes, pointless no. Dude, there's no breaking gump from his Pittman mancrush. It's a strong, blinding bond.No...I'm just looking at it from a football perspective. The Bucs need Pittman. He helps the passing offense. He picks up blitzes. And he adds a dimension to the running game (speed).
