Does it make sense to project Sims with 9 tackles if he's supposed to be rested more often?

It's optimistic but it's unclear how well Teddy Lehman and Alex Lewis will respond in their return from injury and with both Detroit DTs missing again, somebody is going to get a lot of opportunity to chase down Vick, Crumpler, Dunn, and Norwood.I don't think I'd have projected a 9-4 but the matchup for Sims is still solid despite the potential rotation. He'll still see a good number of snaps.
