Is Buckhalter still the man for kickoff returns in Philly? In leagues that award points for return yardage, he could be a sneaky play against the Patriots.

Any insight is appreciated.

Since J.R. Reed is starting at safety tomorrow, I expect him to be the kickoff returner. I think Buckhalter only returns kicks when Reed is deactivated.
