The league has ignored that part of the rule for about 10 years now. The real issue is that it was just hand fighting by both player and not PI at all.

I feel like they will usually call holding and PI as a spot foul in those situations though

Good for Eagles fans, hard to grapple when you go against Sanders and he's been fairly quiet with the rest of the Eagles and BAM!!!

One heckuva run vs a pretty darn good Steelers defense from what we've seen to this point. 

Might be just what the doctor ordered to un-constipate that offense.
