Early 1st Rd RBs with new QB's (1 Viewer)

Just wanna grab a take on thought about the Vikings and Titans rolling out new or maybe inexperienced in Minnesota's case QBs and if for the season you expect it to hurt or help the performances of CJ and ADP?

I'm torn as the teams could try to run more producing more carries for both, both are MAJOR playmakers for the respective teams meaning that they could also see more receptions heading their way, especially when down which is possible frequently.

It could also backfire that defenses would stack the line and force the game through the QB eliminating the players and bringing down the value of a very high draft pick.

What say you?

It's not going to make a big impact in Min... Harvin is a great receiver and if Rice could stay, it would be better. The Titans have Kenny Britt, Jared Cook, and maybe Randy Moss.

I disagree. If Locker/Ponder start from the get to, I see trouble for CJ3 and AP. More carries, yes. More receptions, yes. Lower YPC and lower TDs. Higher risk of injury with more touches. Also more plays where they're called on to stay back and block. For these reasons, I like Foster much more than either of these guys. If I don't pull the #1 pick in my redraft league this year, I don't want to pick at 2 or 3 at all. I like my 1st round RB to be on a team with a competent offense. That said, if Orton goes to Minnesota, AP will be fine.

What if it's McNabb to Minn? Are they still running the Childress offense there??It's looking more and more like Hass to the Titans. Does he have experience in whatever O Tennessee is going to run? What type of offensive personality are the new Titan coaches known for?

I concur, if those rookies are starting, it will be a big risk as stalled drives = less opportunities for rbs.
