Early Monday targets stats - here's one place to find them (1 Viewer)

Obviously, FBG is the place for target info, but it's usually not posted until Tuesday or Wednesday morning at the latest.

Here's a site I found that has target stats - but I'm not sure how accurate these are?

Here's another site - Excite NFL stats Under the receiving section, of course. This is a pretty good site for stats by the way, but they have not updated everything for the 2006 season yet.

If you know of another site with target info, please post it.

The first site is totally useless as I watched the entire Cards/49ers game and by my count Fitzgerald had 15 targets on plays that counted plus another 2 on plays called back on penalties. Also, it says that Lav. Coles only had 8 targets but had 8 catches - I didn't watch much of that game but I do remember at least one incomplete that went to Coles. Base on that small sampling, I would recommend steering clear of it and just wait for the professionals at FBG.The effort to get another option out is appreciated, though.

Thanks wheelhouse, but I would delete the first link. The stats are off. Harrison and Fitz both dropped 2 balls each from what i saw in yesterday's games and they have them listed with 9 receptions on 9 targets.

Stats.com re-reviews games. There could be an error, absolutely, but if you're not comfy rolling with Stats Inc you've got issues. There's no way there's a difference of 6 in Fitz. I'm going to NFL.com nowShocked here-according to "play by play" there's 14 not 15 but closer. I'll holler at stats see what they say.

Not normal for stats but my apologies nonetheless for jumpin' on ya

FBG target info always comes out on Mondays. A subsequent version comes out on Tuesdays to reflect the MNF games.
