Early picks in 2 QB leagues....Are guys like CMac, Tyreek, etc. still favored over the top QBs? (1 Viewer)

Let's say you have a top 3 pick in a league where you're starting 2 QBs....are you really supposed to pass on the top non-QBs for a QB like Hurts, Allen, or Mahomes? Do you create too much of a hole by going non-QB?

Huge question for you—-how many teams are in this fantasy league? A 10 team 2qb league vs a 12 or 14 team 2qb league would factor in tremendously. In a 10 team league—I would consider maybe a CMC at the third pick. However, in a 12 or 14 team 2qb league—I’m drafting one of the top quarterbacks and not thinking twice. Qb’s will inevitably fly off early which means you should have some great rb or wr options on the way back anyway.
