Im going to attempt to start the T25 workout soon and really can't afford to follow their eating plan plus my job really doesn't allow me to do that. I'm a delivery guy and walk all day long. My question is what foods can I eat that will help me while I do this workout for 10 weeks? Could I just stay under a certain amount of calories each day? Thanks
