Listening to Hartwell in Sirius...
- Says achillies popped.
- Rehabbed well. Compensated from that injury and it took it's toll on his knees last year, but he still managed to come back early. Wasn't 100%.
- Says he really needed the off-season to get healthy and just rest. He says he's now full speed and ready to go. No issues. He's happy he can't just concentrate on learning the scheme and feels at home under Marvin Lewis.
With Odell now offically gone and Ahmad Brooks in the middle I think this opens up a prime chance for Hartwill at WLB. It's not like he's not familar with the Lewis philosophy. You always want to keep track of his health, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he cracks the top 30 LBers this year. Keep an eye on him.
