6/5..Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier said the team is working under the assumption that LB E.J. Henderson (leg) will not be ready for the start of the season and that LB Jasper Brinkley will be starting at middle linebacker Week 1, reports Tom Pelissero, of 1500ESPN.com. Henderson is confident that he will be ready for the start of the season, but Brinkley has been working with the starters during offseason workouts.
