We have a really good league and I was thinking about making some endof the seaon awards to give out each yr but I need some suggestions. Who better to ask than the shark pool?

Biggest Dissapointment

i did a boat load of trophies all year long every week. Bo Jackson Acheivement- season ending injury to your stud playerRyan Leaf Award- Biggest bust of the week coming from studGeorge Bush Accolade- benching your stud for a potential sleeper who didnt do better.The league enjoyed them but towards playoffs no one cared anymore and it was all about a division title or the best performance/high scorer of the week. So i deleted the trophies and just did the division and championship ones.

There should also be an award called The Shanny for the owner who best managed to figure out and take advantage of the Denver RB situation.

For our awards, we do the traditional ones ("GM of the year" "Best/worst draft", etc) but then make sure everyone gets an award tailored to them, usually to bust chops for a poor season or tough breaks. One of the favorites is the Ron Popeil "Set It and Forget It" award to the manager who is staying involved and competitive but somehow manages to do it without hardly ever making WW pickups or trades.
