eta* I just saw the clip. A popular kid flips a bottle with water in it, it lands upright, and the crowd goes nuts. Truly awesome and awe-inspiring.

I don't think it would be. Notice it's filled with water a bit to give it some weight at the base. Probably just a bit of practice.

It's not the level of difficulty itself. It's the innane yet skilled nature of having to do this under pressure... pressure that is totally self imposed, increased by the hype and build up.
