De Blasio…IDK - Universal Pre-K, less stop n frisk, stopped prosecuting weed…very little accomplishment for two terms.

Ok he just said they're looking into it. Something he's been saying for months now. At no point does he say they will be mandated this fall. This is non-news.

He clarified if she was asking about mandates and then said yes, we're still looking into it and figuring out the best way to do it. They want to do it in a way that is thoughtful and wont decrease the number kids in school.

I take his "it" to mean mandates. Why else would he mention getting kids vaccinated without decreasing the number of kids in school. 

Hell even talking over childhood vaccine mandates is insane. There is nothing to look into on this one. It's still not FDA approved.
