We are doing a live draft via ESPN. If some owners don't have their own laptop (or computer), as a LM, am I able to make their picks for them?

Not that I am aware of. I suppose if your computer is robust enough, you could open another iteration of the draft page in another Browser (Firefox or Safari) and log in as him and make his picks that way.

Yes I'm pretty sure as LM you can make their selection for them as LM when they are on the clock. I did it last year in an online draft during a situation.

Yep, just found this on the ESPN site:

"In Custom Leagues, the LM will be able to draft players for other teams using the "LM Tools" tab in the draft app. In order to draft for another team, the LM must first click on "Pause Draft." Once the draft is paused, the LM can select the draft option under the appropriate team name and will then be able to draft a player. The LM can resume the draft by clicking on "Resume Draft." The LM can also undo a draft pick, which will reset the clock. There is no limit to the number of times the LM can pause a draft."

LM pauses draft, then clicks on "control" then makes pick for that team he is controlling, then resumes draft.
