Recap of last week:

# Rex Grossman, Bears' QB- Grossman understands the criticisms he faced from the media and his own team. What people don't know is that he's his own worst critic. Rex talks about the offseason, what he's been trying to improve on and how the Bears can continue to be best in the NFC North.

# Brooks Bollinger, Vikings' QB- Working hard this offseason, Bollinger tells us what it'll take for him to earn the starting job. He also discusses what the Vikings need to do to be successful in the division and what new wrinkles Minnesota's offense could feature in 2007.

# Ike Taylor, Steelers' CB- There's a new coach in Pittsburgh. Ike talks about Mike Tomlin's hands-on style. Ike says Coach may be young, but "he still knows more than me!" Ike also tells us what to expect from the Steelers' defense and how they'll do without their emotional leader Joey Porter.

# Four Downs- What will it take for Jake Plummer to come out of retirement? Where will Keenan McCardell land? Who will have a better season: Matt Leinart or Alex Smith? Which team has had the roughest offseason so far?

Discussing LJ. Both seem to believe that LJ has a 'relatively' leigt gripe, and a decent amount of leverage. Played an audio clip of LJ, who said the right things, and that a holdout is a 'last resort'. Mildly encouraging.
