Just for discussion on next time we fire this thing up....

Why aren't we doing one loss and out? This way kind of kills the drama.

Because we'll be done in 6 weeks.
I'd say one loss and done is fine. This would be less about picking winners, and more about avoiding losers - so that Draws were as good as a win.It will be interesting to see how this goes with draws rolling over, but it could be a record-keeping nightmare. Fortunately, not too many players, so that helps.

I also think that it might have been better to limit to one league. It feels like there are a solid 12-14 teams that should win in a given week, and another dozen or so teams that should lose in a given week. Obviously that did not happen this week, but this feels almost too easy (apologies to the Valencia, Roma and Milan picks)

WHERE WERE YOU A WEEK AGO!

:lmao:

There were a lot of discussion back and forth, but 90% (9 of 10) that posted wanted 3 strikes and roll-over, the other poster was indifferent. We'll just see how it plays out. Maybe it'll be a nightmare and we'll change it next time.

 Hadn't put much thought into it. We'll see how this goes, I don't think its terrible

Also, it's funny when someone blows it, gets pissed, and then they blow it again. Prolonging the agony is much more entertaining.
I just know I'm not going to look up who is on one loss and who is on two every week, so I'll never know it is the appropriate time to make fun of someone.

Serie A is too corrupt. I will no longer pick Italian games.
