One of the best things about this forum (and footballguys in general) is how most sleepers are identified and discussed before they actually have a breakout season.
That being said, I often find it difficult to rank the sleepers in order of preference and as I look out on the waiver wire in a few of my leagues, there are some guys out there that I've heard a lot of good things about as being potential 2012 sleepers (i.e. Turbin, Steve Smith (STL), Vereen, Jon Baldwin, Kendall Hunter, Bilal Powell, Alfred Morris, Ronnie Hillman, Russell Wilson, Alshon Jeffrey, etc.).
For example, I thought that Kendall Hunter may be one of the better guys listed above to roster as Gore appears to be on a decline in production and he has been known to get dinged up here and there. Plus, SF has a great run offense in place so my thoughts are that Hunter could be successful if he were to become "the guy".
Maybe I've just missed a post/article on this, but wanted to get your thoughts on
1) who are the 2012 sleepers to roster;
2) how do you rank them; and
3) what items do you consider in your rankings
Please feel free to add any additional sleepers to the short list above as well in case I missed anyone.
